Arushi Mathavan is an Analyst at Learn Capital. Prior to joining Learn, she worked at Bain & Company where she led pro-bono consulting initiatives for local nonprofits and drove value for clients across higher education, technology, and energy sectors. During her time, she advised key Fortune 100 companies on GenAI implementation, growth strategies, and operational improvements. 

Arushi is deeply passionate about educational equity and has actively supported communities in Austin, Baltimore, and her hometown, the Rio Grande Valley, through education nonprofit and volunteer work. She is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business, where she holds degrees in Business Honors and Informations Systems, with minors in Educational Psychology and Creative Writing Honors. She is a deferred admit for the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she plans to pursue her a joint MBA/MA in Education. 

Outside of work, she enjoys befriending animals (she has a rescue cat named Lulu), hiking Austin’s trails, and pursuing the creative arts. Her commitment to service, both to her local communities and the global startup ecosystem, enables her to support Learn’s edtech portfolio with diligence, passion, and integrity.
